Our apprenticeship program aims to develop professional and personal skills and competences of young people at risk, preparing them for the world of work. In addition to the standard content of the program, the young person receives an individual accompaniment with vocational information and guidance for career progression.

  • Behavioral Assistance: Team of educators, psychologists and social workers as a support and guidance network for young people.

  • Extra Class Activities: Tours to museums, fairs, lectures, libraries, companies in the segment, art galleries, events, etc.

  • Technical certification of participants in specific areas

  • Frequency Report: Monthly report for monitoring the young person.

  • Referral: After the program, young people will be in a database for referral for other vacancies or refresher courses

  • Partnerships: Contribution of strategic partners in different areas of knowledge and the market.

  • The revenue generated by this program makes it possible to carry out other socio-educational initiatives at the Institute, ensuring the sustainability of our operations.
