The goal is to generate fiscal efficiency, legal security, and concrete social transformation by supporting approved projects ready to receive incentivized resources.

Projects through Incentive Laws

The Instituto Muda Brasil acts as a specialized consultancy in social investment, supporting companies in the strategic allocation of taxes such as Income Tax, ICMS (State VAT), and ISS (Municipal Service Tax) to projects that promote sustainable social development.

Our work involves:

  • Curating and developing incentivized projects

  • Customizing initiatives according to the objectives of the investing company

  • Legal, accounting, and legislative support for the correct allocation of resources

  • Monitoring the execution and presenting periodic reports

All supported initiatives strictly adhere to legal criteria, ensuring transparency, compliance, and measurable impact.
