JOVEM APRENDIZ MUDA BRASIL
The Apprentice Law (10,097/2000) establishes that companies of any nature must fulfill a minimum quota of 5% of their employees with young people between 14 and 24 years old. During the employment contract, young people receive theoretical training (at the training institution) and practical training (at the contracting company).
Our learning program aims to develop professional and personal skills and competences of young people at risk, preparing them for the world of work, firstly through training courses - Young Transformers, later through Admission to the Young Apprentice Muda Brasil Program, when young people will already be taking their first professional steps and so in addition to the standard content, young people also receive individual support with vocational information, digital literacy and career direction and progression. TREINAMENTO
1. Pre-qualification of candidates and social programs (after-hours activities) from Muda Brasil and partner organizations Profile mapping;
2. Selection of candidates by the company;
1 month of training at the NGO (new law) - up to 80 hours (10% of the theoretical workload);
3. Learning in the company and institution - Curriculum in accordance with the MTE, Mentoring with company employees - Company visits, Coaching, Individual development plan (PDI);
4. Final Report.
ACOLHER DA INCLUSÃO (PCD)
The purpose of the Project is to train and include people with disabilities registered in our Institution in the formal job market, in our partner companies through the Quota Law nº 8.213.
The Institute, Aware of the importance of education in building an inclusive society and in the development of socially responsible companies, implemented the Project: O Acolher da Inclusão, which qualifies and includes people with disabilities in the labor market through training and simultaneous integration, between company, person with disability and social organization.
