Soccer

By combining the power of integration through sport with the popularity of football, and the importance of education and citizenship, we designed the University of Football. The project aims to use sport as a tool for social inclusion, providing low-income people with opportunities to practice sports.

The project, which has been running for years, is now in its Phase 10. Children participate in activities from Monday to Friday, enjoying technical support and soccer training.

Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing children and adolescents residing in areas of social vulnerability and, ideally, those enrolled in, or about to enroll in, public schools. The number of places, locations, and schedules may be adjusted according to local demand, in agreement with the Department of Sports, aiming to fully serve the population and achieve the project's objectives. They will receive meals and specific uniforms for the activities. They will have classes related to education, culture, and other cross-cutting themes, as well as family support. Centers: Guarapiranga and Campo Belo.
