The project will carry out actions to promote physical activities, health and social welfare in public spaces. Returned to basic guidance on the correct practice of exercises, runs and walks. It will value a better use and the incentive to practice physical activities.
How it works:
The actions will be available from Monday to Friday to the population through qualified and duly identified professionals who will be available to the community to encourage and assist in conducting and practicing physical exercises in an appropriate and safe way.
